Olympique Lyon: Marcelo denied report on discharge due to fuels

The Brazilian defender Marcelo, active in the Bundesliga for Hannover 96 from 2013 to 2016, denied reports that he was released by Olympique Lyon because he farted in the changing room and laughed at it.

"Thanks to the l'Equipe, I have to come back on Twitter after a long time to deny all allegations. Today's journalism is a joke!", The 34-year-old wrote. Previously, he hadn't been active on Twitter since October 2021.
