How to fix the list of friends who do not open in MW2

The launch of War zone 2.0 together with Modern Warfare 2 has been quite complicated, and one of the elements that has ended broken and non-functional is the social menu, including the list of friends. To add friends to your group, you can click on the headphones icon in the upper right of the main menu of the game, which allows you to access the channel function.

That will allow you to create a voice chat channel for your group and select players to invite. When doing that, your friends list will appear and finally invite your friends.

Keep in mind that you can only do it once per party. This means that if you have to invite someone else after your group has formed, you must dissolve the channel and create a new one, again inviting everyone at the same time.
